ACR Problems with H4D-40 Firmware R361

Hello,
since i upgrade my Back from R359 to R361 i can't develop the 3FR Files in Photoshop or Lightroom. :(
In Phocus works all fine.

Any one knowing from this Problem and has a solution? :)
