Black streaks on negative

Last time my Hasselblad 501 cm+magazine has been serviced (CLA)
When I got back my exposed and developed negative, it showed at the first frame some black streaks.
Does anyone know, what the cause can be ?

Negative wiith black streaks? A wild shot?
What about a light leak?

Does not sound very promising regarding the standard of the CLA job.

Was the work caried out by an experienced and Hasselblad trained technician?
