Bought #46213 EL/M Release Adapter.

#46213 Release Adapter. Been looking for one for several years.

From the 1979 Catalog:
This Release adapter is employed if the Bellows Extension is modified for use with the EL/M. Instructions for modification of the Bellows Extension are included. For Hasselblad EL/M.

I also want to use it with my 350mm F5.6 Tele-Tessar and the EL/M on the Hasselblad Shoulder Stock.

Never bought anything before from Cambridge Camera. They have had the only one I have seen anywhere. They sent me tracking today indicating it has been shipped. So far so good. At least I can verify that they mailed a package.

I will keep my fingers crossed too!
Not the kind of seller I would send my money to.

Better use the forums classified section looking for rare items

Anyway it is a nice box, hope it contains the correct item!

Ebay sellers to avoid.

While we are at it another seller to avoid:

http://tinyurl.com/337q5qx

This one with 40 years experience does not know how to check an aperture mechanism.
What good is a fast lens if the aperture does not open after F8?
Incorrectly described, "forgets" to send original lenscap etc.
Hides behind "as is" while the lens is not as described.
A waste of time and money.

Apparently eBays Top seller rating does not mean much these days.

Daniel,

I hope everything turns out like it should for you.
In case your 46213 control does not arrive I will keep one reserved for you.

Whatever happens you do not loose 180+ USD like I did buying a lens from abm-5 seller at evilbay.
His shop is called A.B. Cameras.
The joker claims he has 40 years experience selling photogear.
He must be the first blind seller judging from his false description of the lens I bought.

Good thing is his shop contains mostly rubbish, no Hasselblad gear there.

Buyer beware.

A Happy Ending!

OK it arrived extremely quickly and it's never been out of the box. It's in perfect condition, and works well on both of my EL/M's. With original foam rubber, and original instruction sheet, which talks about how to modify the bellows, to work with the EL/M.

Last month I saw one at KEH for $30US, and of course, they sold it the morning I called. So I figured $50US is not too exorbitant, since I want it, and can't find it anywhere else.

But I won't EVER buy anything from Cambridge again :/

Good for you it turned out allright.

It is not so much a problem that mistakes happen with eBay sellers.
The point is some large volume sellers choose to ignore emails from buyers reporting a problem.
Apparently these sellers do not wish to spend time to read emails.
