I assume that the depth of field scale on V series lenses (as below) are calculated for the 6x6 (A12 back) image size. The math suggests that it will be different for 6x4.5 (A16 back) shots. As images size shrinks, depth of field increases. I have searched for information on how much DOF changes between the two formats, both online and in print. Nobody mentions it. I suppose that the difference is not important and that I am serving up a nothing burger. Any thoughts on this?
