Flexcolor not recognising camera - 'bing' sound but no 'Register Later' prompt.

I'm using a H3Dll 39ms.

I'm running Flexcolor on Windows XP, service Pack3. The camera is connected via a FireWire Express card.

I've had to do a clean install of everything on the computer. XP is now fully up to date.

I then cleaned out the Registry of anything Hasselblad and reinstalled Flexcolor.

Now, when I open FlexColor and turn on the camera, I get the familiar 'bing, bing' sound, but it isn't followed by the 'Register Later' window that confirms the camera is connected.

Any idea how I can make a connection?*
