Hasselblad SW / SWC and digital H back

As I spent the last 2 hours looking for an answer to my question, I'm afraid that the answer is :"no" because I didn't find anything...
But maybe someone can help me:

Is there a possibility to use the Hasselblad SW(C) with an H-adapter?
Currently I'm using the phase one P45 on the H1 and would love to use it on the SW to.. Is there some kind of an adapter, anything like this?
