New to this forum, I'm a Canon user and a bird photographer but getting very bored of it and am looking to get into the Hassy experience, Probably a H3D ii 31mp.
Everyone tells me i'm nuts and to just stick with my 5D mk2.

You are about to make a giant step forward in digital capture.
Check the H section and do not forget to take a look at V series if you have a chance to do so.
The V series thread about the new CFV39 is recommended.
