I am trying to tether my X2D ii to Phocus on my Windows 10 PC. I have a USB connection, and Phocus can access the images on the camera's Mass Storage (SSD). However, Phocus' Capture shows "No Camera Detected". Is there a setting I'm missing? Any suggestions would be appreciated! THANK YOU!!

Update: The message in Phocus is "No Camera Connected" not "No Camera Detected." Amazingly, I can see and import images from the camera. This is very confusing.

FIRMWARE 1.2.7.11 FOR HASSELBLAD X2D II 100C (2025.11.27)

* Fixed issue where the camera might not be detected when connected to a computer via cable in certain Windows environments.

Did you perform this update?
It solved my problems with Windows.

Thank you for the reply. I just checked, and my camera is on 1.2.7.11. I ordered a new cable to see if that will resolve the problem. In the meantime, I'm tethering to my iPad Pro wirelessly. (That seems to work well.) Phocus seems more robust and full-featured in the IOS environment.
