Hi
I just joined the forum today.
Long time photographer of over 25 years, 8 years as a pro.
I started professionally as a wedding photographer assisting at a local studio shooting Bronica SQ 6x6 film - mainly because the owner was too frugal to use Hasselblads. In that time I collected a decent set of Bronnie gear.
I sold my film MF gear in 2006 as I transitioned over to 35mm digital for my business and up until now have been shooting that exclusively initially on Canon and now (since Dec '08) on Nikon.
I mainly shoot both studio and location portraits, and a variety of commercial work
As I look to improve the quality of my work I recently (January) picked up a used Hasselblad H2D-22 and am building out my lenses to move back into using MF in my business - primarily in the areas of my commercial work and studio portraits.
If it goes well then in 2012 I'll be looking to move to an H4D-40 or 50, or whatever the current model line-up is.
Looking forward to having a good read around here.
Mike.
