Long hood for FE 60-120mm

Amazing zoom lens, I begin to use more and more.
With 400asa on CFV it really is an interesting lens for portrait.
However, the hood is round and is very short. I wander if on here use this lens daily and modify the hood for 36x48mm sensor ?
I'm not a great fan of below hood anyway.
