Phocus Eroor message during tethered CFV capture

I use CFV 16 and 39 backs on "V" Systems cameras for the past 4 years and just ran into a problem. I use a Mac; aVista ultimate 64 bit windows and a Windows 7 64 Bit computer. Everything has been working flawlessly until this weekend. Using the VISTA software computer in the tethered mode, and capturing using Phocus 2.6.2. I started to get the error message dialog box, "Failed to Write RAW Data in File" and the image is not recorded in Phocus (or anywhere). The mystery is that with this connection I can focus in Live Video, I can change CFV setting and I can initiate capture from Phocus. I do not get this issue on my Windows 7 computer nor on the Mac. And it always worked fine on the VISTA Computer (64 bit; 8GB Ram; 60GB available on the HDD) . Has anyone experienced this?

Problem solved and all is well

Through hassleblad tech customer assistance, Paul Claisson, the problem was corrected by deleting the pref.xml file (emptying the recycle bin) and then loading PHOCUS 2.6.2 for Windows, all is back to normal. I appreciate the prompt attention from Hasselblad and suggestions from Michael Ulsaker, Hasselblad representative and dealer in CT for their many suggestions and attention to this issue. I have been a hasselblad user since 1973 and have never been disappointed.
