Take off lenses with camera switch on

I have the doubt if it is possible to CHANGE the lenses without switch off the camera.

Different take

I always turn mine off first. One article that I read (I can't remember where) said that you should always turn it off because when it's on the sensor attracts particles such as dust. It's not a big inconvenience to turn it on and off so I err on the side of caution. Hope this helps.
