hi sailronin,
the grayscale is to flat for me.
I Think it is in Color better,
and for a digital picture i missing the Shape in the image.

Hi Dieter,
Thank you for the comments. I'll go back and look at the processing for the B&W conversion, will post the color but it's pretty "green" as they are both same type of pepper.

Hi Dieter,
I processed in Capture One and then moved file to Aperture and did the B&W with SilverEfex Pro using Pan X emulation. SilverEfex shows the image spanning from zone 0 to zone 7 so I've brightened up to go from zone 1 to 7-8.
