Where I live it's too difficult to have a support system for developing and printing film. It's disappointing and I don't wish to start doing it myself.
I have a 503CX with Distagon 4/50 and a Sonnar 4/150. 2 x 12 film backs, viewfinder, cable release.
If I were to sell these in one line, what should I ask for?

Thank you

Next to impossible to answer this question based on the information you posted.

The state of the equipment is a #1 influencing factor. 2nd-ly where do you want to sell it? Locally? On the Internet?

I'm afraid this really is a YMMV type question.

Oh, by the way: this forum has a Classifieds section, so that might be an option too.

What lenses, C/CF/E/i ? How old are the A12 backs?
What is the condition and service history of the equipment?

Sorry, your question can not be answered.

Thank you wbulte and polypal for your response.
The gear I wanted an approximate starting value on is ex Australian Navy film unit who has moved to digital format. I assume they service their equipment properly which to me, is in good order. I will list serial numbers which may explain age and type.
503CX s/n RE1426419; Film Backs s/n RR3326593 and RU 3317883; Sonnar 4/150 s/n 7039943 with end caps; Distagon 4/50 s/n 7048025 one cap, both Carl Zeiss; View/range finder s/n ES442504 with slide cover. I will probably list them on eBay to start at $1350. Is this too much? I will probably move to a Sony A55 digital or the 24MP version but will keep all the other Hasselblad bodies and lenses and stuff I bought from the Navy in case I get to developing and printing my own in the future. Amongst the gear are 6 x Nikon Speedlight SB-80DX flash units. Would these have been used with the Hasselblads?
Thank you again and, wbulte, what does YMMV mean?

Based on this information without anything to go on concerning the condition:

503CX 350
150 CF 250
50 CF 300
A12 2x 75

All prices USD.

The finder number does not give information about the model.
It could be a metering or a non metering system from 1990.

You may assume the gear was fully serviced but without proof of a recent service job this does not mean much.

Navy gear means professionally used equipment often by more than one operator.
That could mean the camera and lenses were not handled with much care.

Do you plan to sell the whole batch in one go? Not sure if that would bring most $$, splitting up might be better. Obviously you have the risk that you end up with lone bits and pieces that did not sell.

Thanks again. I'm going to try the lot in one line on eBay for Aussie dollars 1,350.00 starting price. Listing starts tomorrow. If it doesn't sell I might split the package up as you suggested.
Regards.
