Which format and camera for product photography upgrade

Hi
I want to ask your suggestion.
I have 5 full frame cameras from Nikon, Sony and Canon with all t/s lenses.
I want to get different look from my current cameras and get more mp and details, preferably better IQ and DR but not as important as the 2 first factors.
I thought about 3 options:
Hasselblad H5D-60 full /H6D-50 copped
Phase One XF with IQ 1 60
Fuji GFX 100 S
What do you think is a better way to go
 
First: welcome on this forum.

Allow me to suggest a forth option, a group of these actually:
With one of the camera's you already have, more mp and details can be achieved rather easily...
The first step to achieve this is, above all, multiple exposure. For instance exposure bracketing, by exposing three frames: EV -1, 0, +1, and and do an exposure blending, resulting in a wider tonal latitude and a larger (heavier) and 'broader' file holding much more information. There is a rather wel working function in LightRoom to do this, if not to your satisfaction, there is Photomatix Pro too.
The second is to upgrade your (studio-) lightning; to my personal experience, a good and vast set of LED lights, and some skills to use these, can do wonders.
The third option is an other (beter-) lens, I have worked a lot with the famous Hasselblad S-Planar 120mm T* mounted on my Nikon 800E through a H—>F adapter, and on some occasions, with the magnificent Hasselblad bellows in between. And, not to forget, the appropriate compendium on the lens's front, to avoid flare!

But, ofcourse, you can always invest in an other camera, preferably Hasselblad, which is more easily to be 'found' even as used...

What sort of pictures are making i.e. do you always shoot on a tethered on a tripod or hand held on the fly, and how are you outputting them, print media, domestic scale prints or billboards?

Give us some clues.

Yes, I'm shooting tethered on a tripod. Never on the fly for product photography. (For architecture is different, shooting mostly on tripod but sometimes in some circumstances handheld with digital leveling in camera, but for that I have my DSLR's with tilt shift lenses, same for products - I'm not in DMF yet)
Output is usually for web, but sometimes print. Only small amount of clients are printing.
Not billboards yet, but why not, hope to get there too.

Thank you. Cool images of typewriter. Yes, I also starting to think GFX 100S is a good option, but as other said to me, the most significant different look I will get is only by moving to 40*53mm sensor and not 33*44 which isn't giving me different look, even it's more mp and DR etc.
