Big help with my hasselblad 50c

Hi. I have sometime pictures with polygon even if a clean the sensor. I am looking for a solution please or if you saw it. Is a 555eld mix with a back 50c alle of them hasselblad.

Never seen this before. It could be in on the back of the lens and not on the sensor if you are lucky. It could be inside the lens though although the Hasselblad bokeh balls are usually hexagonal in shape. Have you tried to take the same image with another lens?
