Is there a way which can make my CFV back reveal the number of pictures it has taken? Thanks!

Gee, I hope this isn't so obvious that I'm misreading your inquiry. If I am, please just disregard this post.

When you view an image, you should see the counter, immediately below the image towards the middle left side.
If you don't see the counter, press the large "i" button - the one on the lower left of the back. You can press it a few times, and it will bring up the counter, the histogram, and shooting data, as it goes through its series.

Ah sorry. I should have explained myself properly. I have a buyer who is interested in the camera, who would like to know the totalt number of actuations on it. I thought the back might have some kind of counter which tells the number of pictures through it's lifetime.

The name of the last taken picture is composed of the frame number
