You have a number of options:
  1. Macro extension as above, I use it with the 28 P and am rather happy with it
  2. XCD 3.5/120 Macro - has a reputation for being slow
  3. XV Lens Adapter with Makro-Planar f/4 120 mm CF
  4. XH Lens Adapter with HC Macro 4/120 II (make sure you get the II version)
You can get 3. and 4. second hand at reasonable prices. I haven't seen 2. much on the market (except new)

I was offered the 9mm ring when I recently bought my 135/229 XCD lens, I didn't at the time but I think I will now
 
I like the macros from the 9mm ring. It works really well with basic lenses (135 is the one I use most).

ndwgolf: Nice photo (above), and just when I talked myself into not re-buying the XCD 135mm lens, I see your photo and now I want it again. And it's not inexpensive. LOL.​

 
The 135 is one of those really sharp across the board lenses that is great for all kinds of applications, landscape included!
