Hi Everyone,

My name is Darrin and I am currently a Leica M11 and SL3 shooter but have recently decided to get into Medium Format using the Hasselblad X2D2 with 3 primes, 25V,38V and 75P which I will be purchasing in October or November. I primarily shoot for travel and occasionally product photography for the products my company produces. This seems like it will be a fairly huge departure for me in certain ways as I have recently really embraced look lenses for the Leica side like the 85 F1.5 Sumamrex and the 50 F1.4 Summilux 1959 re issue. Not alot of using that type of glass on a slow E shutter. I am certain I will love the low light abilities of the X2D2 and the colors out of camera do look very impressive and correct.

Consider the 1.9/80mm. It’s extremely sharp and probably one of the best lenses in the whole line-up - despite not being the newest!

I did consider some of the older glass like the 21 F4. I decided to stick with the newer glass for weight savings and autofocus capabilities for travel. The 80 F 1.9 looks interesting, maybe a very nice portrait lens for at home? How well does the autofocus work on the X2D2?

I have the CFV 100c. Autofocus is good and accurate, but not the fastest. The CFV 100c was not built for action shots anyway. I have taken great portrait and landscape shots with it which blew the viewers away.
