Honeycomb, reflector or diffuser for 40D flash ?

Hello,
I've a 40D flash for years and do not use so often while "only TTL flash, or full power flash" is rarely an option to me. However, I wonder if one use this flash and add some practical goodie to get interesting lights.
It seams that Quantum or Sunpak 120J has some accesories that should fitt on the 40D (?)
The list of posible is:
  • Beauty dish
  • Globe diffuser
  • Softbox
  • Barndoor
  • Snoot
  • Honeycom
Perhaps more.
Of course a D40 will not be practical with any add, but the D40 is allready not so practical to carry.
With a digital back it may be more interesting to try uncomom setup.

Sorry blowupster I do not agree. to me the D 40 is a practical torch.
I like the operation with a minimum of controls.
Basically it only has an on/off switch. That would be quite an improvement for a lot of other gear as well.

I use 2 x D 40 units on small stands with diffusors as "studio" lighting.
A Pentax DSLR with a device that limits the amount of flash from the cameras flash ignites both D 40 units equipped with an optical device.

The modest output with a diffusor is excellent for table top jobs and portraits.

What diffusors do you use ?

I've 2 Proflash and 3 Metz 45 that I use at 1/4Power manualy directly or at 1/2 Power on the walls to light a room for events. That works pretty well when I only put the remote control on the camera.
Every body thinks that I use N/B experimental hight speed film and that another one use flash.
