I need some help with this problem

I have a Hasselblad H3D 39, and I am getting some ugly, unusual, strikes on my images. I thought that the sensor was dirty or damage. I sent it to Hasselblad, they told me that the sensor (I guess filter) was find, but it needed to be clean, which they did. I used the camera for a few days and work well. However, I am getting this marks again. I am attaching an image if I can for your review. I really appreciate your help.
Thanks,

Edgar

Hello Edgar,

First of all welcome here.
Sensor parts were cleaned in the factory with a biological substance.
Under certain conditions this substance can grow what seems to be a kind of mold.

The sensor of your camera was cleaned but unfortunately some particles of the original substance were not removed.

To solve this problem it may be necessary to replace certain parts like the filter.

Contact Hasselblad and point out that the problem has occured again.

Hi Paul:
Thank you for your message. I have contacted Hasselblad New Jersey two days ago, but I have not hear from them. I have included the image for their reference. I am glad to hear that there is a solution. I sent an email to Marianne (I believe that is her name, the administrative assistance). You I contact somebody else? Once again, Thank you.

I am an admirer of the way Hasselblad service departments take care of problems and and the way they treat Hasselblad users.
My recent dealings with both Hasselblad (Ahrensburg) in Germany and Hasselblad UK in Elstree proved again Hasselblad users get the royal treatment.

Please contact HBUSA again to point out the problem has come back.
Be smart and do not mention the information you have about a possible cause for the recurring problem.
Of course you can suggest to replace parts if cleaning does not solve the problem permanently.

It is good to have a personal contact at any of the Hasselblad senters.
If I remember well Marianne also handles applications for parts.

Very odd. I have never seen anything like this before.

When you got it back and it worked okay, were you using the same lens as when it first appeared?

If not, check the rear element of lens that was used when the issue appeared, and then appeared again. Worth a try before sending back again.
