A couple of months back Polypal kindly gave me a classic tan leather case for a 1x00F Hasselblad. It was showing its age, the leather panels were falling apart, there was one panel missing, the strap was ready for the dustbin. In short: the whole case desperately needed tender loving care.

Well.. in the meantime I found a lady who specialises in leather gear for horses/horse drawn carriages. And I must say, the result is really nice in my opinion...

Another nice period item saved from the pre 1600F/1000F era.

The new stiches can be seen but they look quite well and seem to be good enough for the next 60 years.
