Both shot with the X2D100c the first with the 38:2.5 v and the second with the 135:2.8

Neil: Thanks for that comparison. Nice photos. I prefer the wide angle shot as I like the greater context that lens gives.

I had the XCD 2.8/135 with the 1.7x but I took very few photos with it. I'm currently working with the 4/28P and the 2.5/55V and waiting for something just a tad longer than the 90V.

I have had the same experience. Mostly because it's a bit difficult to handle on the 907X and the lack of stabilisation means I can only shoot at fast speeds. And it is a bit unwieldy....

And my user name refers to the Nikon 135mmf2 DC lens...
 
Very nice shots/comparison. In this case I also prefer the wide angle photo goodj!
