I have a friend who was willing to sell her 180mm CF lens rather cheap. It had very little use and has only been sitting around. The last picture I took with my Hasselblad was last year some time. Now that I have a Nikon D700 I rarely, if ever, shoot film.
I've always wanted the 180mm Hasselblad lens. That was the lens that I wanted the day I purchased the 553ELX. However, I needed to get other, more necessary lenses purchased first. So now that the time had come, my friend was just about to send me the lens to just "test" and I just told her "don't bother sending it."
Did I make a good decision or bad? What do you think? I can always go back to her and ask her to send it.
